分析药物流产后阴道出血相关因素及药物治疗疗效

目的针对药物流产后发生阴道出血采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效进行探析,并且总结导致阴道出血的相关因素。方法选取该院2012年4月—2013年12月期间采用药物流产后出现阴道出血的176例患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组和实验组,参照组患者采用西药进行治疗,而实验组患者在此基础上采用中成药（桂枝茯苓胶囊）进行治疗。比较两组药物流产后阴道出血的患者采用不同药物进行治疗的临床疗效,并需要总结导致阴道流血的相关因素。结果实验组患者临床效果要高于参照组,实验组患者治疗总有效率为91.95%,参照组患者治疗总有效率为64.04%,比较情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论导致患者药物流产后阴道出血与患者子宫收缩乏力、子宫位置异常、子宫内膜修复异常等有关。其中采用中西医结合的方式治疗患者药物流产后阴道出血具有显著疗效。

Analysis of the Factors Related to Vaginal Bleeding after Drug Abortion and the Treatment Effect of Medication

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on vaginal bleeding after drug abortion, and summarize the factors related to vaginal bleeding. Methods 176 patients with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the subjects, and ran- domly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. Patients in the reference group were treated by western medicine treatment, while patients in the experimental group were treated by Chinese patent drugs （Guizhi Fuling Capsule） on the basis of western medicine treatment. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared, and the factors related to vagi- nal bleeding after drug abortion were summarized. Results The clinical effect of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the patients in the reference group. The total effective rate was 91.95% in the experimental group, while that was 64.04% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The factors related to vaginal bleeding after drug abortion are uterine inertia, lagedes uterus, abnormal endometrial repair and so on. The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment for patients with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion has remarkable curative effect.
