显微镜下不同术式治疗翼状胬肉临床疗效探讨

目的对显微镜下不同术式治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月该院接诊的80例翼状胬肉患者作研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组予以翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜移植治疗,对照组予以常规单纯胬肉切除术治疗,比较两组的复发率及角膜创面上皮愈合时间。结果观察组复发率4.2%明显低于对照组20.0%,观察组角膜创面上皮愈合平均时间（4.1±1.9）d少于对照组（6.9±2.3）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论常规切除术联合自体球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉可有效降低复发率,促进角膜创面上皮愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Efficacy of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Pterygium under Microscope

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of pterygium under microscope. Methods 80 cases of patients with pterygium admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with pteryglum excision combined with autologous conjunctival graft, and the control group was treated with conventional pterygium excision. The recurrence rate and healing time of corneal epithelial wound were compared between the two groups. Results The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.2%, obviously lower than 20.0% of the control group; the healing time of the corneal epithelial wound of the observation group was （4.1±1.9） d, less than （6.9±2.3） d of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conventional pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival graft in the treatment of pterygium can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the corneal epithelial wound healing effectively, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
