摘    要:目的对玻璃纤维桩与金属桩核修复在牙体缺损修复治疗中的应用效果进行分析。方法回顾性分析该院口腔科2012年10月—2013年09月收治的牙体缺损患者150例(186颗患牙),根据治疗方法分为玻璃纤维桩组75例(88牙),使用玻璃纤维桩核展开修复,金属桩核组75例(98牙),采用铸造金属桩核进行修复,比较2组患者患牙牙体修复效果及患者对修复情况的满意度。结果玻璃纤维桩组纤维桩根折率和桩核脱落率均为0,明显低于金属桩核组的3.1%、3.1%(P〈0.05),修复成功率97.7%则明显高于金属桩核组的87.8%,修复满意率96.0%明显高于金属桩核组的88.0%(P〈0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩核修复牙体缺损能够明显提高修复成功率和患者满意度,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effects of glass fiber post and metal post in the restoration of dental defect. Methods 150 cases with dental defect (186 affected teeth) admitted in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from October 2012 to September 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment method, the patients were divided into glass fiber post group of 75 cases (88 affected teeth) treated by glass fiber post, and metal post group of 75 cases (98 affected teeth) treated by metal post. The restoration effect of affected teeth and the level of satisfaction with the restoration of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The root fracture rate of the fiber post and post abscission rate of the glass fiber post group was 0, O, respectively, significantly lower than 3.1%, 3.1% of the metal post group (P〈0.05); the success rate of restoration of the glass fiber post group was 97.7%, obviously higher than 87.8% of the metal post group, the level of satisfaction with the restoration was 96.0%, significantly higher than 88.0% of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For restoration of the dental defect, glass fiber post can significantly improve the success rate of restoration and the level of patient satisfaction with the restoration, its application prospect is promising.
