| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸部手术病人对不同排痰方式的感受及预防肺部并发症的效果。方法将79例胸部手术病人随机分为观察组及对照组；对病人在排痰过程中的感受并发症的发生及病人术后72h的心电监测情况进行分析。结果两组患者在排痰过程中感受、舒适方面比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）；并发症的发生观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组病人术后监测的心率、呼吸、血压明显低于对照组，血氧饱和度高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论观察组排痰方法使病人感到舒适，容易接受，痰液易于排出，减少了肺部并发症的发生。
