ABCG2在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义

目的 探讨干细胞标记物ABCG2（ATP结合转运蛋白G超家族成员2）在肝细胞癌组织中表达的意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测ABCG2在130例肝细胞癌组织和相应癌旁肝硬化组织中的表达、分布情况。结果 免疫组化显示ABCG2阳性染色定位于癌细胞的胞膜，部分病例胞浆也有表达。ABCG2在肝细胞癌组织和相应癌旁肝硬化组织中的表达阳性率分别为83%（108/130）和17%（22/130）。ABCG2的表达与患者性别、年龄、临床分期、是否有乙肝后肝硬化、肿瘤大小均未显示明显相关性（P＞0.05）。与无脉管癌栓组比较，有脉管癌栓组ABCG2呈高表达，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ABCG2在肝细胞癌的发生发展过程中可能起着一定的作用，它有可能成为肝癌干细胞标记物之一。

Expression of ABCG2 and its clinicopathological significance in hepatocellular carcinoma tissuse

Objective To explore the significance of ABCG2 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissuse. Methods The histological and immunohistochemical features of 130 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and paraneoplastic liver cirrhosis were examined by immunohistochemistry SP methods to investigate the expression of ABCG2 and the distribution of ABCG2-positive cells. Results The present study confirmed the peridominant localization of ABCG2 transporter in plasma membrane. Some of ABCG2-positive tumors showed mixed membranous and cytoplasmic staining. ABCG2 experssion was found in 83% (108/130) of HCC and 17%(22/130) of paraneoplastic liver cirrhosis. The level of ABCG2 expression was significantly higher in hepatocellular carcinoma than that in paraneoplastic liver cirrhosis (P<0.05). Moreover, the level of ABCG2 expression was not related with gender, age, tumor stage, weather or not assistant with liver cirrhosis and tumor size. Conclusion The experssion of ABCG2 found in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue may be closely related to oncogenesis and progerss of hepatocellular carcinoma, the ABCG2 may be regarded as a potential marker of liver cancer stem cell.
