| 摘 要： | 近年来，体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术得到飞速发展，然而IVF-ET周期临床妊娠率却约为40%，故如何提高IVF-ET成功率成为辅助生殖工作(ART)研究的难点。卵巢储备功能及其反应性、妇科疾病(如子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤等)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)注射日孕酮(P)水平等因素均可影响IVF-ET周期临床妊娠率。笔者拟就IVF-ET周期临床妊娠影响因素的研究进展，进行综述如下。

| Abstract: | The technology of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) make a great progress in recent years, however, the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles has remained at about 40%.So how to improve the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles becomes a tricky problem.Ovarian reserve, ovarian response, gynecological problems(such as uterine myoma, endometriosis) and the progerterone (P) level on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) administration can affect clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles. |
