| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨砒霜治疗白血病的作用机理。方法：用血清药理学方法研究砒霜对人白血病细胞株K562细胞的作用。通过荧光光度测定法、流式细胞术检测细胞膜流动性、细胞周期。结果：砒霜能使K562细胞膜流动性增高，G0-G1期细胞百分数减少，S期细胞百分数增加，并具有诱导K562细胞凋亡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the mechamism of treating leukemia with arsenical agents. Methods: Cell lines K562 was used to observe the effect of rat's serum with arsenical agents on membrane fluidity and cell cycle by fluorophotometry and flow cytometry. Results: Serum of the rats that are given arsenical agents could increase membrane fluidity and S phase cells' percentage of cell lines K562 and decrease G0-G1 phage cells' percentage. In addition. we find that the serum of the rats given arsenical agents could induce the apoptosis of the cell lines K562. |
