树鼩下丘脑血管加压素免疫反应神经元的光镜观察

摘    要:用免疫组化PAP技术,对树鼩(Tupaia Bclangcri)下丘脑血管加压素(VP)免疫反应阳性神经元进行光镜观察。发现下丘脑视上核、室旁核、室周核、下丘脑外侧区有VP免疫阳性神经元,既与大鼠的情况基本一致,又与大鼠有所不同,在树鼩视交叉上核未见VP免疫阳性神经元。

Abstract:Localization of vasopressin (VP) immunoreactive neurons of the Tupaia belangeri brain was performed by light microscopy using peroxidase--antiperoxidase (PAP) method. In the tupaia brain, the positive reactive neurons for VP were found in the supraoptic (SO) and paraventricular (PV) nuclei, Periventricular nuclei (Pe), and the lateral area of the hypothalamus (LH), These findings were almost similar to that of the Rat, but in the latter there were no positive reactive neurons for VP in the suprachi- asmatic nucleus (Sch).
