野菊花化学成分的研究

摘    要:本文报告自菊科植物野菊(Chrysanthemum indicum L.)的头状花序中分得六种结晶性成分,经光谱(IR,UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)分析和衍生物制备证明五种为已知成分。胡萌卜甙、豚草素·金合欢素·1-单山萮酸甘油酯及棕榈酸。另一种为新倍半萜成分,命名为野菊花醇。并确定其化学结构。

Abstract:Six crystalline compounds have been isolated from the flowers of Chrysanthemum indicum L.. Five of them were identified as known compounds: daucosterol, cumanbrin-A, acacetin, glyceryl-1-monobehenate and palmitic acid. The sixth one is a new compound and is named chrysanthemol. The structure of chrysanthemol was elucidated as I on the basis of spectral (IR, MS, ~1HNMR and ~(13)CNMR) and chemical evidences. Chrysanthemol showed strong antiinflammatory activity in mice.
