| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨正常胃粘膜、癌旁粘膜、癌组织中Ｃｘ３２ｍＲＮＡ的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组化、原位杂交、斑点杂交检测相关指标。结果：在正常胃粘膜中，Ｃｘ３２及ＣｘｍＲＮＡ均以胃粘膜浅层上皮细胞表达最强，并沿胃小凹向下减少；ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞中Ｃｘ３２及Ｃｘ３２ｍＲＮＡ未见表达；正常胃粘膜、癌旁胃粘膜、癌组织只Ｃｘ３２ｍＲＮＡ的表达依次下降（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：胃粘膜Ｃｘ３２与Ｃｘ３２ｍＲＮＡ表达规律相

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes in expression of connexin32 (Cx32) mRNA in normal, juxtacancerous and cancerous gastric mucosa. Methods: Immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and dot blot hybridization were used. Results: In normal mucosa, Cx32 was present mainly in the gastric lumen epithelial mucus cells and in a decreasing gradient from the top of the foveloar cells to the neck of the glands. Cx32 mRNA had the similar distribution. Cx32 was not seen in proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) positive cells and decreased expression of Cx32 mRNA was found in juxtacancerous and cancerous gastric mucosa. Conclusion: The expression of Cx32 is coherent to that of Cx32 mRNA in gastric mucosa. The extent of the expression can provide information for maturation of gastric mucus cells. |
