自体晶状体前囊膜在青光眼伴白内障联合手术中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨晶状体前囊膜在青光眼与白内障联合手术中的降压效果及对功能性滤过泡维持的作用。方法采用随机对照分组的方法 ,实验组:10例青光眼伴白内障患者行小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入术,术中将自体前囊膜衬垫于巩膜瓣下;对照组:10例青光眼伴白内障患者单纯行小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入术。术后实验组眼压明显低于对照组,术后实验组功能性滤过泡存留高于对照组。结论晶状体前囊膜应用于青光眼伴白内障联合手术能有效降低眼压,长期保留功能性滤过泡,无明显并发症。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of decreasing intraocular pressure and maintaining functional filtration bubble of anterior lens capsule implantation in trabeculectomy combined with cataract surgery.Methods A total of 20 cases(20 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups.Anterior lens capsule implantation in trabeculectomy with cataract phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation surgery was performed on 10 eyes(experimental group) and trabeculectomy with cataract phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation surgery on other 10 eyes(control group).Results In experimental group the intraocular pressure was lower than control group,and the rate of functional bleb formation was higher.Conclusion Anterior lens capsule implantation in trabeculectomy with cataract surgery could control intraocular pressure effectively,long-term sustain functional filtration bubble satisfactorily.Compared to the control group,anterior lens capsule implantation should present less complications.
