甘肃省医护人员对脑卒中后患者情感障碍及心理治疗认知状况的调查

目的：调查甘肃省医护人员对情感障碍是否影响肢体恢复以及心理治疗的认知状况。方法：采取问卷调查的方法，对甘肃省10家不同级别的省市县级医院的医护人员520例进行调查。结果：情感障碍对肢体功能恢复的影响占97.26%，脑卒中后心理治疗的需要占94.91%。结论：甘肃省医护人员认为情感障碍对肢体功能恢复有影响，并且非常需要心理治疗。

Investigate surgical health care workers in Gansu Province nerve affective disorder affects the limb recoveryas well as the understanding of psychotherapy . Methods：Take the survey questionnaire , Gansu Province , 10 provinces and cities of different levels of the nerve of the county hospital , surgical medical staff 520 cases . Results：Affective disorder recovery of limb function accounted for 97 . 26% , and accounted for 94 . 91 percent of the need of psychological treatment of post -stroke . Conclusions：For Neurology and Neurosurgery in Gansu Province medical staff that affective disorders affect the recovery of limb function , and a great need for psychotherapy .
