M0236复治涂阳肺结核患者抑郁情绪和生活质量的研究

目的：探讨复治涂阳肺结核患者抑郁情绪的发生情况及其与患者生活质量（QOL）的关系。方法：选择2008年9月至2010年3月在兰州市肺科医院就诊确诊的125例复治涂阳肺结核患者、95例初治涂阳肺结核患者及4l例健康者作为研究对象。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）评估受试者的情绪状况；应用生活质量量表（SF一36）评估受试者的生活质量。通过SPSSl0．0软件对患者生活质量评分和焦虑抑郁评分进行统计分析。结果：复治涂阳肺结核组抑郁情绪评分明显高于初治涂阳组（P〈O．05和健康组（P〈0．05），复治涂阳肺结核组生活质量评分明显低于初治涂阳组（P〈0．05）和健康组（P〈0．05）。相关分析显示，复治涂阳肺结核组抑郁情绪评分与生活质量评分呈负相关。结论：复治涂阳肺结核患者存在着抑郁情绪障碍和生活质量的下降。因此，对新发初治涂阳肺结核患者进行积极有效地治疗，对控制结核病和改善患者的生活质量具有重要意义。

PRelationship between quality of life and depression in patiens with re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective：To explore the relationship of the quality of life （QOL） and depression in patients with re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 125 patients with re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis（re-treatment group）, 95 newly treated cases and 41 healthy group were chosen from The Hospital for Lung Disease of Lanzhou. they were assessed by QOL using the Short-Form 36 Health Survey questionnaire （SF-36）, by depression using the self-rating depression scale （SDS）. The SF-36 and SDS score were analysed by SPSS 12.0. Results：The score of SF-36 in re-treatment group was significantly higher than the newly treated eases （P〈O.05） and the healthy group （P〈0.05）. The score of SDS in re-treatment group was significantly lower than the newly treated cases（P〈0.05 ） and the healthy group（P〈0.05）. In patients with re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis, the score of SF- 36 was negatively correlated with SDS score. Conclnsions：There is a obvious decrease in re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients with quality of life and depression. It is important to control the infectious source of newly treated cases actively and to improve the quality of life of patients for tuberculosis control project.
