| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃癌术后早期腹腔持续温热灌注化疗的安全性.方法 1998～2001年共收治胃癌患者848例,随机分为胃癌术后早期腹腔持续温热灌注化疗组与对照组,其中治疗组304例,对照组544例.对比两组之间在术后水电解质平衡、出血、吻合口瘘、十二指肠残端瘘、伤口愈合、化疗药物毒副反应、术后肠粘连或肠梗阻等并发症方面的差异.结果术后早期腹腔持续温热灌注化疗组与对照组在并发症上无显著性差异.结论胃癌术后早期腹腔持续温热灌注化疗是安全的.

| Abstract: | To study the safety of early continuous hyperthemic peritoneal perfusion (CHPP) chemotherapy after operation in gastric cancer. Methods From 1998 to 2001, 848 gastric cancer patients in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. One group was received the CHPP chemotherapy after operation, and the other group was controlled. Comparing with the differences in complications between two groups, the results were analysed. Results It's not significant differences in complications between the CHPP and controled groups. Conclusion It's safety giving early CHPP chemotherapy after operation in gastric cancer. |
