细节管理在手外科患者护理质量管理提升中的应用评价分析

目的探讨细节管理在手外科患者护理质量提升中的应用效果。方法选自该院2017年7月-2018年7月接受治疗的手外科患者98例,根据研究需要随机分成观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组对常规护理进行细节管理,比较两组患者对护理服务质量的满意度。结果观察组相关管理论掌握程度评分为(18.9±1.2分)、基础护理落实评分(18.2±1.6)分、护理理论评分为(15.1±1.1)分,护理差错的评分为(11.5±2.6)分;对照组相关管理论掌握程度评分为(16.8±1.3)分、基础护理落实评分(15.2±1.3)分、护理理论评分为(13.4±1.2)分,护理差错的评分为(15.6±2.5分);观察组的护理服务质量评分明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理态度,护理质量以及护理效果的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手外科护理实施细节管理,能够提高护理服务质量和患者的满意度,促进患者早日康复,是一种值得进行临床推广的护理管理方式。

Evaluation and Analysis of the Application of Detail Management in the Improvement of Nursing Quality Management of Hand Surgery Patients

Objective To explore th e application effect of detail management in improving the nursing quality of hand surgery patients. Methods A total of 98 hand surgery patients who were treated in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing methods, and the observation group performed detailed management of routine nursing, and compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the quality of nursing services. Results The observation group’s relevant management mastery score was(18.9±1.2)points, basic nursing implementation score(18.2±1.6)points, nursing theory score(15.1±1.1)points, and nursing error score(11.5±2.6)points, the relevant management theory mastery score was(16.8±1.3)points,the basic nursing implementation score(15.2±1.3)points, the nursing theory score was(13.4±1.2)points, and the nursing error score was(15.6 ±2.5)points;the nursing service quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, quality and effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed manage ment of hand surgical nursing can improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction, and promote the early recovery of patients. It is a nursing management method worthy of clinical promotion.
