护理风险管理在支气管镜检查中的应用效果

目的观察分析护理风险管理在支气管镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取昆明市中医医院内镜中心在2017年2月-2019年2月搜集的260例进行支气管镜检查患者一般资料,按照有无接受护理风险管理措施分为实验组(接受护理风险管理措施,130例)和对照组(未接受护理风险管理措施,130例)。采用统计学分析两组进行支气管镜检查患者的护理差错发生率、支气管镜检查成功率、护理依从率以及护理满意率。结果实验组进行支气管镜检查患者的护理差错发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组进行支气管镜检查患者的支气管镜检查成功率、护理依从率以及护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在支气管镜检查中的应用效果显著,可显著提高支气管镜检查成功率、护理依从率以及护理满意率,降低护理差错发生率。

Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Bronchoscopy

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in bronchoscopy. Methods The general data of 260 patients undergoing bronchoscopy collected from the Endoscopic Center of Kunming Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2017 toFebruary 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(receiving nursing risks, 130 cases) and control group(not receiving nursing risk management measures, 130 cases) according to whether they received nursing risk management measures. The statistical analysis of the incidence of nursing errors, the success rate of bronchoscopy, the compliance rate of nursing care and the satisfaction rate of nursing care of patients undergoing bronchoscopy were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of nursing errors in patients with bronchoscopy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The bronchoscopy success rate, nursing compliance rate, and nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group with bronchoscopy were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in bronchoscopy has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the success rate of bronchoscopy, the compliance rate of nursing and the satisfaction rate of nursing, and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
