| Abstract: | Analyze the risks in China’s drug transfer technology under the background of the new medicine reform from the aspects of policy, technology, security, and market, and propose preventive measures for various risk points. At the same time, in combination with the new policy background, it provides reference risk avoidance measures for both parties involved in drug technology transfer. |
