护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的作用

目的研究分析护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的作用。方法选取该院2018年1月-2019年4月收治的72例泌尿科患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组36例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用分层级管理模式,对比两组绩效考核分数以及患者满意度。结果实验组绩效考核中工作量、工作质量、医德规范、加分项均显著高于对照组;护理满意度88.89%明显高于对照组41.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员分层级管理模式能够提高泌尿外科护理管理质量和护理满意度,可推广应用。

The Role of Nursing Staff Hierarchical Management Mode in Improving the Quality of Urological Nursing Management

Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical management mode of nursing staff on improving the quality of urological nursing management. Methods A total of 72 patients with urology treated in the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, each with 36 cases. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the experimental group was treated with hierarchical management.Two groups of performance evaluation scores and patient satisfaction were compared. Results In the performance evaluation of the experimental group, the workload, work quality, medical ethics, and extra points were significantly higher than the control group;the nursing satisfaction was 88.89% significantly higher than the control group, 41.67%, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management mode of nursing staff can improve the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction in urology, and can be promoted and applied.
