摘    要:执业医师资格证在国内乃至世界范围内都是普遍采用的行业准入门槛。近年来,社会的发展和科学技术的进步,对从业医师的专业水平提出了更高的要求。该文以笔者所在的某医学院894名医学学生为研究对象,通过对其分阶段考试的成绩进行实证分析,证实了分阶段的执业医师资格考试模式能够进一步巩固医学生的理论知识,提高其临床技能,并根据实证研究的结果提出了教学方面的一些改进建议与策略,旨在能够更好地提高分阶段考试的通过率,为社会输入更多的优秀医学执业者。

Abstract:The qualification certificate for medical practitioners is a widely used industry entry threshold in China and even worldwide. In recent years, the development of society and the advancement of science and technology have put forward higher requirements on the professional level of practitioners. This article takes 894 medical students in a medical school as the research objects, and through an empirical analysis of the results of the staged examination, it is confirmed that the staged medical practitioner qualification examination model can further consolidate the theoretical knowledge of medical students and improve their clinical based on the results of empirical research, some suggestions and strategies for teaching improvement are proposed, which can better improve the passing rate of staged examinations and bring in more excellent medical practitioners for the society.
