探讨微信群应用于神经内科护理教学中的效果

摘    要:目的探讨微信群应用于神经内科护理教学中的效果。方法选择该院2018年1-12月神经内科护理实习生共100人,根据随机数字表方法进行分组,各组为50人,对照组采用常规护理教学方法 ,观察组采取微信互动教学方式。比较两组护理带教教学质量(及时高效获得知识、提高学习兴趣、加深知识记忆、增强解决问题的能力、调动学习的积极性、知识接受情况、注意力吸引)、带教后的满意度、带教前带教后的考核成绩水平。结果观察组及时高效获得知识、提高学习兴趣、加深知识记忆、增强解决问题的能力、调动学习的积极性、知识接受情况、注意力吸引评分明显比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理实习生带教后的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理实习生带教后理论成绩、基础考核成绩、专科操作成绩水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理实习生带教后理论成绩、基础考核成绩、专科操作成绩水平明显高于带教前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信互动结合PBL教学法在护理带教中的实施效果明显优于传统教学方法 ,可以有效地提高学生学习兴趣,有利于提高学生对护理知识和护理技能的掌握程度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of WeChat group in neurology nursing teaching. Methods A total of 100 neurology nursing interns from January to December 2018 in the hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. Each group was 50. The control group used conventional nursing teaching methods. The observation group adopted WeChat interaction teaching methods. Compare the teaching quality of two groups of nursing teaching(timely and efficiently acquiring knowledge, increasing learning interest, deepening knowledge memory, enhancing problem-solving ability, mobilizing enthusiasm for learning, knowledge acceptance, and attention attraction), satisfaction after teaching, and the level of assessment before and after teaching. Results Observation group obtained knowledge in a timely and efficient manner, enhanced learning interest, deepened knowledge memory, enhanced problem solving ability, mobilized enthusiasm for learning, knowledge acceptance, and attention attraction scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the nursing intern in the observation group after teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Observation group’s post-teaching theoretical scores,basic assessment scores, and specialty operation performance levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of nursing interns’ post-teaching theory scores, basic assessment results, and college operation scores level was significantly higher than before teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation effect of WeChat interaction combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching is obviously better than traditional teaching methods. It can effectively improve students’ learning interest and help students to master nursing knowledge and nursing skills.
