个人-岗位动态匹配模式在胸外科分层护理管理中的应用效果观察

目的观察个人-岗位动态匹配模式在胸外科分层护理管理中的应用效果。方法该院2018年1月前通过传统护理管理模式开展胸外科分层护理管理工作,自2018年1月之后应用个人-岗位动态匹配模式,比较两种分层护理管理模式的应用效果。结果个人-岗位动态匹配模式实施后,护理人员在年度考核中的技能成绩,理论成绩均显著高于实施前,同时护理人员的工作态度以及团队协作能力均显著优于实施前,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后,患者对于护理工作的满意率为95.83%,显著高于实施前的73.91%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个人-岗位动态匹配模式在胸外科分层护理管理中具有较好应用效果。

Observation on the Effect of Individual-post Dynamic Matching Mode in the Management of Layered Nursing of Thoracic Surgery

Objective To observe the effect of individual-post dynamic matching mode in the management of layered nursing of thoracic surgery. Methods The nursing management of thoracic surgery was carried out through the traditional nursing management mode before January 2018 in the hospital. The personal-post dynamic matching mode was applied after January 2018 to compare the application effects of the two hierarchical nursing management modes. Results After the implementation of the individual-job dynamic matching mode, the nursing staff’s theoretical performance in the annual assessment was significantly higher than before the implementation, and at the same time, the nursing staff’s work attitude and team collaboration ability were significantly better than before the implementation, with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation, the patient satisfaction rate was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than the 73.91% before the implementation. The difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The individual-post dynamic matching mode has a good application effect in the management of layered nursing of thoracic surgery.
