儿科护理管理中细节管理的应用价值研究

目的探讨细节管理在儿童护理管理中的应用效果。方法该次研究对象选取该院儿科2018年4月-2019年4月收治的住院患儿86例,回顾性分析其临床资料,按照护理模式分组,其中对照组(n=40)采取常规护理模式,观察组(n=46)采取细节管理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理质量良好率为100.0%,明显高于对照组80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.8%,明显高于对照组82.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无护理纠纷案例,护理失误发生率为2.2%,对照组均为15.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理应用于儿科护理管理中临床效果优良,可明显减少护理纠纷与失误事件,增强护理质量,提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Applied Value of Detail Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in child care management. Methods A total of86 inpatients admitted to the pediatric department of the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed for clinical data and grouped by nursing mode. The control group(n=40) adopted the conventional nursing mode. The observation group(n=46) adopted detailed management to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than the control group, 80.0%.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.8%, which was significantly higher than the control group, 82.5%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no cases of nursing disputes in the observation group, and the incidence of nursing errors was 2.2%, compared with 15.0%in the control group, which was statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The detail management applied to pediatric nursing management has excellent clinical effect, can significantly reduce nursing disputes and errors, enhance nursing quality, and improve nursing satisfaction.
