对妇科护理安全管理中精细化管理应用效果的研究

目的探讨对妇科护理安全管理中精细化管理应用效果。方法选取该院2017年4-6月行常规护理安全管理的妇科患者60例,作为对照组,选取2018年1-3月行精细化管理的妇科患者60例,作为观察组,对比护理管理效果。结果观察组护理质量检查中急救物品管理、护士长管理、文件书写、消毒隔离、工作质量、基础护理、健康教育知晓得分分别为(97.52±2.36)分、(94.55±2.36)分、(98.65±1.23)分、(96.71±2.15)分、(97.44±2.56)分、(98.25±3.62)分、(96.36±2.31)分,均明显高于对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.67%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科护理安全管理中精细化管理应用效果显著,可提升妇科整体护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Research on the Effect of Fine Management in Gynecological Nursing Safety

Objective To explore the effect of fine management in gynecological nursing safety management. Methods 60 gynecological patients who received routine nursing safety management in the hospital from April to June 2017 were selected as the control group, and 60 gynecological patients who received refined management from January to March 2018 were se lected as the observation group. Effect of nursing management was compared. Results The observation group’s nursing quality check of firse and items manangement, head nurse management, document writing, disiinfection and isolation, quality of work, basic care, and health education were scores as(97.52±2.36)points,(94.55±2.36)points,(98.65±1.23)points,(96.71±2.15)points,(97.44±2.56)points,(98.25±3.62)points,(96.36±2.31)points, both were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% significantly higher than the control group was 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined management in the safety man agement of gynecological nursing is significant, which can improve the overall quality of gynecological nursing and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
