摘    要:青岛大学医学院附属医院东区是一所由公立医院收购民营医院后全新打造的医院。在一年多的时间里,东区工作量增加了5倍,人均业务收入接近50万元,而工作人员只有537人,组织机构扁平化,初步实现了精简高效经营的目标。公益性质、品牌效应、统一学科建设与管理、优秀团队、文化建设等发挥了重要的作用。

Abstract:The Medical School Affiliated Eastern Hospital of Qingdao University is a recombinant public Hospital. It was purchased from a private enterprise. The workload of this hospital has increased five times than before and per capita business income is 380000 Yuan yearly in 2007, there are only 426 staff member here . They have built the flat organization structure and achieved objective of simplification and high-efficiency. The important successful factors are commonweal, brand effects, centralization of professional management, excellent tram and culture of hospital.
