穴位灸罐干预妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

目的：探讨穴位灸罐法干预对妇科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将64例符合纳入标准的患者分为对照组与研究组各32例。对照组采用妇科术后常规护理方法，研究组在此基础上采用穴位灸罐法，观察两组患者术后第一次肛门排气、排便时间，腹胀发生及程度，有无恶心、呕吐、术后肠梗阻等情况。结果：对照组和研究组在术后第一次肛门排气、排便时间，腹胀发生及程度比较均存在差异，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位灸罐干预能促进妇科腹部术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。

Research of Acupoints with Moxibustion and Cupping Method on Gynecological Abdomen Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery

Objective ： To investigate the effect of acupoints with moxibustion and cupping method intervention on gynecologi- cal abdomen postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery. Methods ：64 cases of standards compliant were divided into a control group and an experimental group. 32 cases were in each group. The control group used the gynecological postoper- ative routine nursing method. The experimental group on the basis of the conventional methods, also took the acupoints therapy with moxibustion and cupping method, observing the postoperative first anal exhaust, defecation time, abdominal distension happen and degree, with or without nausea, vomiting, and postoperative ileus in two groups. Results ： For the first time in postoperative anal exhaust, defecation time, abdominal distension happen and degree were significantly different in the control and the experimental groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The acupoints with moxibustion and cupping method in- tervention can promote the gastrointestinal function recovery of gynecologic abdominal postoperative patients.
