摘    要:目的:对国标GBT24283—2009蜂胶中总黄酮测定方法进行探讨,建立了新的蜂胶总黄酮含量方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定,以乔松素为对照在290mn波长处测定总黄酮含量,并进行了方法学研究。结果:蜂胶总黄酮含量在43.11%~63.16%之间。结论:总黄酮含量测定新方法简便,重现性好,准确度高。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the country quasi - GBT 24283 -2009 total flavonoids determination of propolis and to establish the new determination method of total flavonoids in propolis. Methods: Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, with pinocembrin as the standard sample,the regression equation of pinocembrin standard working curve: C(μg/mL) = 0. 0608A + 0. 078 was established, the correlation coefficient was .γ2 = 0. 9995. Result : The total flavonoid content in propolis extracts was from 43.11% to 63.16%. Conclusion: The improved determination method is simple, and the repro- ducibilitv, precision, recovery and stability test are satisfactory.
