| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清碧散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例,清碧散外敷患处;对照组37例,采用外用青鹏膏剂治疗。2周为1疗程,1个疗程后评价其疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.36%,对照组为81.54%,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后UA、ESR、CRP均有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：清碧散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效好,副反应小,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Qingbi Power on treating acute gouty arthritis. Methods ：74 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given external application of this powder and control group given Qingpeng Gao agent therapy. After two weeks for a course of treatment, we evaluated the efficacy of a course of treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 97.36% in treatment group, and 81.54% in the control group, the differ- ence was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, UA, ESR and CRP were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Qingbi Power for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has perfect effects, and is worthy of clinical application widely. |
