《金匮要略》与《三因极—病证方论》关于＂水气病＂辨证思路的比较研究

水气病是现代医学中以慢性肾脏病为主涵盖所用水盐代谢失调导致机体水肿的疾病,临床中很多疑难疾病与之密切相关。张仲景在《金匮要略》一书中历史性地将本病进行了详细的论述。内容非常丰富,其辨证论治思想体现在从疾病病因病机、临床分型、证侯的诊断与鉴别诊断等病变在不同阶段的辨证分析和治疗,几乎包括疾病发生发展的每个环节。依据充分,用药精当,充分体现了其独特的辨证特色。《三因极-病证方论》则是在其基础上扩展其外延,丰富了其内涵。因此,学习《金匮要略》＂水气病＂是基础,是通向成功之门的钥匙。纵观《金匮要略》成书至今,可以看到其在中医学乃至整个医学领域中的地位和作用,已得到充分认识和肯定。《金匮要略》既为中医学基础学科,又因其有很强的实用性而兼具临床学科的性质。在其理论基础上创立的中药方剂加味当归补血汤的基础和临床研究中获得较好的效果。今后,从基础理论和临床应用两方面开展进一步的相关研究并促进其发展。

comparative study of Water- Qi Disease Syndrome Differentiation in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Three for Extremely -Disease and Syndrome Party Theory

The water - Qi disease in modern medicine mainly refers to chronic kidney disease （CKD） and edema due to water metabolism disorder which can lead to the metabolic disorder of water and salt. In clinic, many refractory diseases are closely related to this disease. In Synopsis of Golden Chamber written by ZHANG Zhongjing has discussed it in de- tails. The content is extremely rich, and the thinking is reflected in the syndrome differentiation and treatment from disease cause and pathogenesis, clinical classification, syndrome diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease at various sta- ges, including almost every link of development. Appropriately, well - selected drug fully embodies the unique characteris- tics of the syndrome differentiation. The Three for Extremely - Disease and Syndrome Party Theory in the basis expanded its denotation and enriched its connotation. Therefore, the study on water - Qi disease in Synopsis of Golden Chamber is a foundation as well as the key to success. Throughout the diuresis therapy in Synopsis of Golden Chamber so far, we can know the whole status and role of traditional Chinese medicine in the medicine field ,which has been fully understand and confirmed. We have found Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction （MDBD） on this basis. Through using at both basic research and clinical research, the decoction has get better effect. In the future,we should control both basic theory and clinical application in two studies, and promote its development.
