夏季气温突变对胸痹大鼠心肌损害的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探索夏季气温突变对胸痹大鼠心肌损害的影响。方法:给予肾动脉半结扎大鼠1次维生素D370U/kg体重腹腔注射,22℃环境下饲以高脂饲料。10周后,予以升、降温处理。结果:气温骤升组大鼠急性心梗发病率为59.09%,气温骤降组大鼠发病率为26.32%,对照组发病率为28.57%,气温骤降组大鼠以及气温骤升组大鼠血清肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶含量(P〈0.05)均明显高于对照组大鼠,气温骤升组与气温骤降组大鼠肌钙蛋白等含量(P〉0.1)无显著差异。结论:夏季气温骤升、骤降均能加重造成心肌损害。

Abstract:Objective : To explore the experimental study of myocardial damage in hypertensive rats induced by sudden rising and dropping of temperature in summer. Methods : Renal artery half ligated rats were treated with one intramuscular intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D3 (70 U/kg) followed by high cholesterol diet in 22 ℃. After 10 weeks,rats were in- duced by sudden rising and dropping of temperature. Results:The incidence of the temperature rising group was 59.09% , of the temperature dropping group was 26.32%, and of the control group was 28.57%. The contents of Troponin, Creatine Kinase, creatine Kinase - MB, Aspartate aminotransferase and Lactate dehydrogenase in the rising and dropping of temperature groups was higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). And the content had no significant differences between the rising and the dropping of temperature groups (P 〉 0.1 ). Conclnsions:The rising and dropping of temperature can create myocardial damage.
