益气化瘀中药对子宫内膜异位症内膜间质细胞VEGF表达的影响

目的：研究益气化瘀中药对子宫内膜异位症内膜间质细胞血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的影响。方法：采用血清药理学方法,分正常血清、消瘀汤低、中、高浓度及达那唑血清五组,作用于EMs内膜间质细胞,West-ernBlot法观察间质细胞血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达。结果：VEGFR2蛋白表达在消瘀汤各浓度组及达那唑血清组均明显下调,说明中西医治疗EMs均有疗效,尤其是消瘀汤高浓度组。结论：益气化瘀中药治疗EMs机制之一可能是通过减少VEGF生成,阻断异位内膜血管的生成,降低异位内膜的侵袭和种植能力,从而达到抑制病灶形成和生长。

Effects of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on the Expression of VEGF in Endometrial Stroma Cells with Endometriosis

Objective ： Researching the Effects of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on the Expression of VEGF in Endometrial stroma cells with Endometriosis. Methods ： Putting to use the serum pharmacology method, according to the different serum containing medicine is divided into five groups： normal serum group , xiaoyu soup of low, medium, high consistence and Danazol serum group, acting on endometriosis endometrial stroma ceils, by means of Western Blot method Observing the stromal ceils vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression. Results： VEGFR2 protein expression in eliminating stasis soup the concentration of serum and danazol group were significantly lower, and that of Chinese and western medi- cine treatment of EMs have curative effect, especially in the high concentration group. Conclusion：Xiaoyu Decoction ac- cording to Yiqi Huayu traditional Chinese medicine could be to reduce the upgrowth of Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, block ectopic endometrium the formation of blood vessels, reduce ectopic endometrium and attack of the planting ability, thus suppressing lesion formation and growth.
