摘    要:目的:观察维持性腹膜透析(CAPD)患者微炎症状态,探讨丹参对微炎症的影响。方法:38例CAPD患者随机分为对照组(常规透析)和治疗组(常规透析加丹参),分别测定各组基础以及透析3月后微炎症指标:白介素-6(IL-6),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)以及血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)等。结果:(1)透析患者的hs—CRP、IL-6、TNF—α明显高于正常健康人;(2)治疗组患者3月后血清炎症因子hs—CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低(P〈0.05);两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);(3)两组患者治疗后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平稳定,无明显变化(P〉0.05)。两组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:CAPD患者普遍存在微炎症状态.丹拳可有效地短期改善CAPD患者的微炎症状态.但对改善腹膜溶质转运功能无意义。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the state of microinflammation in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)patients and the impacts of Danshen on it. Methods :38 CAPD patients were divided into control group( no Dan- shen addition)and experimental group( with Danshen in peritoneal fluid), Interleukin -6 (IL- 6 ), Tumour necrosis factor - α ( TNF - α), C - reactive protein (CRP) , blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), serum creatinine ( Scr), albumin ( ALB ) and he- moglobin (Hb) were observed before and 3 months after peritoneal dialysis. Result : The blood levels of IL - 6, TNF - αand CRP were higher in CAPD patients than that in the normal people. Three months after peritoneal dialysis, the blood levels of IL- 6 ,TNF -αand CRP were degraded in experimental group( P 〈 0.05 ) , and there was significant differences be- tween the two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). The blood levels of BUN, Scr, ALB and Hb were stable( P 〉 0.05 ), and there was no significant differences between them( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:Microinflammation is universal in CAPD patients. Danshen can ameliorate the state of microinflammation, but it is of no use in improving peritoneal transport function.
