麻黄紫梅汤治疗寻常型银屑病临床观察

目的：观察麻黄紫梅汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将120例寻常型银屑病的患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组运用麻黄紫梅汤口服,每日1剂。对照组予迪银片,5片/次,2次/d。两组均1个月为1个疗程,同时外用凡士林软膏外搽。观察比较两组疗效、PASI积分及复发率的差异。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为63.33%,在降低银屑病面积与严重程度指数（PASI）方面显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）,且复发率较对照组低（P〈0.05）。结论：麻黄紫梅汤治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,复发率低。

Clinical Observation of Mahuang Zimei Decoction on Treating Ordinary Psoriasis

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Mahuang Zimei Decoction on the ordinary psoriasis. Methods ： 120 patients with the ordinary psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,60 patients in each one. The patients in treatment group were treated with Mahuang Zimei Decoction, one agent per day. Patients took it orally twice in the morning and evening. And in contrast group, patients were treated with Diyin pills, five pills a time, twice a day. One month was a course of treatment. During the treatment, the two groups both used Vaseline ointment. The transfor- mation of the skin damage position, range, and severity of the patients were observed in the two groups. Results ： The effec- tive rate in the treatment groups was 93.3%, but in the contrast group was 63.3%. In reducing the psoriasis area and se- verity index number,the treatment group was more excellent than the contrast group （ P 〈0.01 ）and the recurrence rate was lower than the contrast group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：The clinical effect of Mahuang Zimei Decoction on the ordinary psoriasis is significantly effective and the recurrence rate is lower.
