益气化浊法与养阴清热法对GK大鼠胰岛素分泌及血清GLP-1的影响

目的：探讨益气化浊法和养阴清热法对GK大鼠胰岛素分泌及胰高血糖素样多肽1（Glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1）等的影响。方法：以10周龄雄性GK大鼠为研究对象,以糖耐量、血清GLP-1、第一时相期胰岛素分泌测定、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）为观测指标,大鼠预饲养6周后,分别予养阴清胃汤、益气化浊汤、磷酸西格列汀、蒸馏水灌胃4周,并设wistar大鼠8只为正常对照组,治疗前后及2周时测定相关指标,并进行统计对照研究。结果：益气化浊组和养阴清热组GK大鼠在灌服相应治疗中药汤剂4周后：①两组大鼠血清GLP-1水平均明显升高（P〈0.05）;②益气化浊组大鼠第一时相胰岛素分泌显著改善。结论：益气化浊法和养阴清热法治疗IGT的机制是多途径的,与升高GLP-1、改善第一时相期胰岛素分泌缺陷有关。

Effects of Eliminating Turbid by Replenishing Qi and Clearing Heat by Nourishing Yin on Insulin Secretion and Serum GLP- 1 in GK Rats

Objective ： To research the effects of eliminating turbid by replenishing Qi and clearing heat by nourishing Yin on insulin secretion and serum GLP - 1 in GK rats. Methods ： 8 Wistar rats were as a normal control group. Thirty - two 10 - week - old male GK rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and treated with therapy of eliminating turbid by replenishing Qi （G1）, eliminating heat by nourishing Yin（ G2）, Sitagliptin and water for 4 weeks. The glucose tolerance, serum GLP - 1 ,first phase insulin secretion and HOMA - IR were measured and analyzed before and after 2 weeks＇treat- ment. Results ： Group of eliminating turbid by replenishing Qi therapy provided an improvement in first phase insulin se- cretion while the serum GLP - 1 in both G1 and G2 was increased（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The mechanism of treating IGT by eliminating turbid by replenishing Qi and clearing heat by nourishing Yin is a multi - channel, which is associated with the increasing of serum GLP - 1 and the improvement of first phase insulin secretion.
