不寐证与中医藏象学关系探悉

不寐，主要表现为失眠，具体是睡眠时间和深度不足，轻者入睡困难，或寐而不酣，或时寐时醒，或醒后难以复寐；重则彻夜不眠，而且以上症状多合并发生，常影响着人们的正常工作、生活和学习，严重者会导致多种身心疾病。随着生活节奏的加快，社会竞争的加剧，工作压力的增大，人们承受越来越多的心理压力，失眠的发病率有上升的趋势。因其顽固性、迁延性、已经成为临床医学的一个难题。中医药因擅长对人体身心疾患进行综合调治，在治疗失眠方面有其特色与优势。中医藏象学说认为：五脏藏五神，主五志，睡眠的本质是神安于其所。为了更好的从病因、病位、病机认识、治疗失眠症，从中医的藏象学说角度，探讨五脏与不寐的关系。

Relationship between Insomnia and Five Viscera

Although the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of insomnia are very complex, and according to clini- cal manifestations, the relationship of insonmia was connected with the five viscera. The main symptoms of slow sleep orsleeplessness belong to spirit disorder, which is caused by spirit not entering in the homes. The pathogenesis of insomnia is due to disharmonies of Qi and blood or Yin and Yang misbalance. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medi- cine, the spirit has five different types, which belongs to five viscera. The syndrome of insomnia is due to the spirit not entering in the homes of five viscera. Because the clinical symptoms are complex, it is not easy to master. This article discussed the relationship between insomnia from the theory of viscera with pathogenesis and etiology. It is useful for dif- ferentiation of syndromes by Zang - fu viscera and to understand the relationships syndrome of insomnia with five viscera.
