健脾润肺解毒汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

目的：观察健牌润肺解毒汤联合吉西他滨与奥沙利铂（Gemox方案）治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的近期疗效、毒副反应和生活质量改善状况。方法：将40例晚期NSCLC患者，随机分为治疗组对照组各20例，对照组单纯采用化疗方案：吉西他滨第1，8d应用，奥沙利铂第1d2h静脉滴注。21d为1个周期，治疗组在对照组基础上加服健脾润肺解毒汤中药每日1剂，21d为1个周期，2组均以2个周期治疗，然后观察治疗前后肿瘤客观疗效、中医症候改善率、生活质量状况（KPS评分）和不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组肿瘤客观疗效有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），中医症候改善率高于对照组（P〈0．05），KPS评分的改善优于对照组（P〈0．05），不良反应小于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：健脾润肺解毒汤联合化疗方案治疗，可显著改善晚期NSCLC患者近期疗效，提高生活质量，降低毒副反应发生率。

Clinical Observation on Near- term Therapeutic Effectiveness of Treating Advanced Non -small Cell Lung Cancer by Combining Spleen -strengthening Lung- moisturizing Detoxicating Decoction with Chemotherapy

：Objective：To observe the near- term therapeutic effectiveness, toxic side effect, improvement on quality of life when treating advanced non - small cell lung cancer by means of combining Spleen - Strengthening Lung - Moisturiz- ing Detoxicating Decoction with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin （Gemox program）. Method ：40 advanced NSCLC patients were divided into two groups by random：20 cases were in treatment group and 20 cases in control group. 21 days was as a treatment cycle, the control group was dealt with pure chemotherapy program： used gemeitabine on the first and eighth day, injected 2 h of oxaliplatin on the first day. 21 days was as a treatment cycle, based on above mentioned control group treatment, treatment group added a dose of Spleen - Strengthening Lung - Moisturizing Detoxicating Decoction per day. After 2 cycles, tumor objective therapeutic effectiveness, Chinese medical syndrome improvement, quality of life（ KPS sco- ring） and toxic side effect incidence rate were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Result： Tumor ob- jective therapeutic effectiveness on treatment group was obviously better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Chinese medical syndrome improvement rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, KPS scoring of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, toxic side effect incidence of treatment group was less than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： By means of Spleen - Strengthening Lung - Moisturizing Detoxicating Decoction combining with chemotherapy, doctor can obviously improve near - term therapeutic effectiveness, quality of life and lower toxic side effect incidence rate of advanced NSCLC patients.
