| 摘 要： | 目的：为了解温州地区成年居民中医体质类型以及为进一步健康生活方式提供依据。方法：采用中医体质分类与判定标准,通过问卷形式调查评判体质。结果：调查结果发现平和体质为调查对象的3.5%;气虚体质22.5%;阴虚体质10%;阳虚体质10.5%;痰湿体质6.5%;湿热体质18%;瘀血体质10.5%;气郁体质17%;特禀体质1.5%;两种以上的兼夹体质为调查对象的40%。结论：温州人体质偏颇多为气虚体质、湿热体质、气郁体质或者两者以上的兼夹体质。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine constitutions types of adult residents in Wenzhou area as well as to provide a basis for further healthy lifestyle. Methods：According to TCM constitution classification and standard, constitutions were judged by questionnaire survey. Results ： The result found constitution of yin - yang harmony was 3.5% ;constitution of qi deficiency was 22.5% ;constitution of yin deficiency was 10% ;constitution of yang deficien- cy was 10.5 % ; constitution of phlegm - dampness was 6.5 % ; constitution of damp - heat was 18 % ;constitution of blood stasis was 10.5% ; constitution of qi stagnation was 17% ; allergic constitution was 1.5% ; mixed constitution type was 40% of the survey. Conclusions：Constitutions of adult residents in Wenzhou are mainly qi deficiency, dampheat and qi stagnation constitutions and mixed constitution. |
