2008～2012年度我院成分输血回顾性分析

目的掌握临床用血现况与趋势,为输血科备血和临床科用血提供参考,确保临床用血质量。方法对我院2008～2012年成分输血情况进行回顾性分析。结果本院临床科室各成分血使用呈逐年上升趋势,成分用血比例＆gt；99.7%,红细胞、血浆、血小板、全血所占比率依次为53.80%、41.37%、4.79%、0.04%,悬浮红细胞、血浆主要用于外科。结论临床科室用血比率逐年递增,成分血比例合理,但血小板应用比率较低,冷沉淀用量太少,需临床科室严把输血指征。

Retrospective analysis of component blood transfusion in a hospital from 2008 to 2012

Objective To investigate the condition of clinical blood transfusion and change tendency so as to provide reference for blood storage and application and to improve the quality of clinical blood transfusion. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the component blood transfusion in a hospital from 2008 to 2012. Results The component blood transfusion in each department kept increasing yearly and the percentage reached 〉 99. 7%,including 53. 80% of red blood cells,41. 37% of plasma,4. 79% of platelets and 0. 04% of whole blood; suspension red blood cells and plasma were mainly used in surgical departments. Conclusions Blood transfusion in clinical department keeps increasing yearly and the proportion of component blood transfusion is rational in the hospital;as the rate of platelet transfusion is lower and the amount of cryoprecipitate is less,indication of blood transfusion need to be strictly controlled in clinical department.
