PET中心相关工作场所辐射防护屏蔽研究

摘    要:目的:探讨PET中心相关工作场所防护屏蔽的计算方法。方法以GB18871-2002等国家标准为依据,采用AAPM TG108经验公式计算某医院PET/CT机房、PET/MRI机房和PET注射后等候室的屏蔽厚度,采用辐射源的屏蔽计算方法计算注射室的屏蔽厚度,将计算结果与设计厚度进行比较。结果该院核医学科PET/CT机房、PET/MRI机房、PET注射室(通风柜除外)和PET注射后等候室的房间屏蔽厚度范围分别为8-21 mmPb当量、8-21 mmPb当量、7-29 mmPb当量、4-24 mmPb当量。结论4个房间防护屏蔽的计算厚度与设计厚度均符合相关标准要求,说明AAPMTG108经验公式可应用于PET中心相关工作场所防护屏蔽的计算。

Research on Radiation Protective Shielding for Relevant Workplaces of PET Center

Abstract:Objective To explore the calculation method of protective shielding for relevant workplaces of PET center. Methods According to national standards such as GB18871-2002, AAPM TG108 experience- based formula was used to calculate the shielding thicknesses which can meet the requirements of protective shielding of PET/CT room, PET/MRI room and waiting room after PET injection and the shielding calculation method of radiation source was used to calculate the shielding thickness of PET injection room. Then the calculation results of shielding thicknesses were compared with the design results of shielding thicknesses. Results The ranges of shielding thicknesses of PET/CT room, PET/MRI room, PET injection room (the fume hood is excepted) and waiting room after PET injection are 8-21 mmPb equivalents, 8-21 mmPb equivalents, 7-29 mmPb equivalents and 4-24 mmPb equivalents, respectively. Conclusion The design results of shielding thicknesses and the calculation results of shielding thicknesses can meet the requirements of national standards, which indicates that AAPM TG108 experience-based formula can be used in the calculation of protective shielding for relevant workplaces of PET center.
