| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了鱼骨图分析法在预防透析设备所致并发症的应用。以致热源反应为例,提出了水处理系统预处理的维护,反渗膜的消毒,病房管道的消毒,透析液的使用,透析机的消毒,透析耗材的使用等环节中可能引发患者致热源反应存在的风险,并陈述了预防的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly expounds the application of fishbone diagram analysis method in the prevention of complications caused by dialysis equipment applications, and puts forward to the potential risks, which could cause pyrogen reaction to the patients, such as risks in the maintenance of water treatment system, disinfection of the reverse osmosis membrane, disinfection of the ward pipeline, the use of dialysate, disinfection of the dialysis machine. Corresponding prevention measures are also introduced in this paper. |
