协同干预模式对胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病患者的影响

目的 探讨协同干预模式对胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病患者的影响.方法 将106例胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组给予常规干预模式,观察组在此基础上实施协同干预模式.结果 干预前两组依从性、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;干预后观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 协同干预模式的实施,有助于提高胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病患者的治疗依从性和疗效.

Impacts of collaborative intervention model on diabetic patients receiving insulin combined with glimepiride

Objective To explore the impact of collaborative intervention on patients with diabetes in the treatment of insulin combined with glimepiride.Methods 106 patients with diabetes in the treatment of insulin combined with glimepiride were randomly divided into 2 groups：observation group and control group,53 in each; routine intervention was performed in both groups,while collaborative intervention was added to patients in observation group.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in compliance,the levels of fast blood glucose （FBG）,blood glucose of post prandial 2 hours （2hBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1 c）between the 2 groups（P ＞ 0.05）,while after intervention,the compliance of the patients in observation group was superior to that of the patients in control group and the levels of FBG,2hBG and HbA1 c were significantly lower than those of the patients in control group（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The performance of collaborative intervention is of help in improving the compliance of the patients with diabetes in the treatment of insulin combined with glimepiride and can gain a better curative effect.
