组合型血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效及成本研究

目的对组合型血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒进行疗效观察,探讨其成本效果。方法遵循临床流行病学与卫生经济学的原理和方法,选择43例接受组合型血液净化治疗的重度有机磷农药中毒患者（治疗组）,与常规内科综合救治的重度有机磷农药中毒患者（对照组）进行对比,记录临床疗效和费用,比较两组的成本效果。结果两组的成本效果比（C/E）分别为7636和9259,在达到相同康复率时,治疗组比对照组节省1623元,所需医疗费用仅为对照组的82.5%;以对照组为基准,增量成本效果比为1269.2,治疗组每增加1%的康复率,仅比对照组多用12.69元。结论组合型血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒在抢救成功率、治疗成本等方面均令人满意,值得在临床上推广应用。

Study on curative effects and costs of combined blood purification for treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective To observe the curative effects of combined blood purification for treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（SOPP） and calculate its cost effectiveness.Methods Total 43 SOPP patients who were treated with combined blood purification（the treatment group）were selected and compared with other SOPP ones who received the conventional comprehensive treatment（the control group）.According to the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology and health economics,the clinical effects and health care costs were recorded and the cost effectiveness was compared between the two groups.Results The cost effectiveness（C/E）of the two groups was 7636 and 9259,respectively.With the same recovery rate,the treatment group saved $1623 compared with the control group,and the required medical expense was only 82.5% of that of the control group.When the control group was taken as a reference,the cost effectiveness increment was 1269.2,i.e.,the treatment group used only $ 12.69 more than the control group for every 1% of the increased recovery rate.Conclusion Whether the success rate of rescue or treatment cost,combined blood purification for treatment of SOPP is satisfactory and it is worthy in clinical use.
