摘    要:本文阐述了基于无线传感网的自动肠内营养系统的设计及应用过程。该系统主要由自动肠内营养系统、床边无线传感器节点及无线传感网络组成,可在中央监护站对多个床边病人肠内营养液输液管内的温度、滴速进行全程监控,从而提高病人肠内营养液输注的精确性及科学性,降低并发症的发生率。临床应用证实该系统运行平稳、安全,自动化程度高,适用性强,可降低因操作不规范导致的肠内营养并发症,值得临床推广。

Abstract:The design and application processes of an automatic enteral nutrition system based on the wireless sensor network are introduced in this paper. The system mainly consists of the automatic enteral nutrition system, bedside wireless sensor nodes and wireless sensor network. With the application of the system, the temperatures and infusion rates of various infusion tubes for enteral nutrient solutions can be monitored at the central monitoring station. Thus the accuracy and scientificity of enteral nutrition infusion can be improved and the occurrence rate of complications can be decreased. The clinical results of the system show that the system which runs smoothly and safely and owns advantages of high degree of automation and strong adaptability can reduce the enteral nutrition complications caused by improper operations.Thusthesystemis worth to be promoted in clinic.
