酚妥拉明、多巴酚丁胺治疗肺心病合并严重心衰60例

目的　观察酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺合用对肺心病合并严重心衰的治疗效果。方法　用酚妥拉明10mg ,多巴酚丁胺 6 0mg或酚妥拉明 10mg ,多巴酚丁胺 12 0mg静脉点滴 ,每日一次 ,10天为一疗程 ,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果　两组总有效率分别为 90 %、93.3% ,与对照组 73.3%相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中酚妥拉明 10mg ,多巴酚丁胺 6 0mg组副作用较少。结论　酚妥拉明合用多巴酚丁胺治疗肺心病并严重心衰疗效显著 ,其中多巴酚丁胺 6 0mg为适宜剂量。

Observation On 60 Cases of Treating Chronic PulmonaryHeart with the Serious Heart Failure with Phentolamine and Dobutamine

Objective To observe the effectiveness of Phentolamine and Dobutamine treating Chronic Pulmonary heart with the serious heart failure.Methods Treated with intravenous drip used Phentolamine with 10mg, Dobutamine with 60mg or Phentolamine with 10mg. Dobutamine with 120mg, one time each day. 10days as a course. Observed the effectiveness after a course. Results The total effective of the two groups are 90% and 93.3%,and there are difference comparing with the contract group(P<0.05,) with the total effective of 73.3%.The group of phentolamine 10mg and Dobutamine 60mg has fewer side effect.Conclusion The effectiveness of Phentolamine and Dobutamine are obviously on Chrinic Pulmonary heart with the serious heart failure and 60mg is the suitable dose of Dobutamine.
