电刺激小脑顶核治疗脑梗塞的疗效

目的观察电刺激小脑顶核(FN)治疗脑梗塞患者的疗效。方法在常规药物治疗的基础上加用脑循环功能治疗仪进行电刺激小脑顶核,电极安置于患者的两侧乳突,每次通电40min,2次/d,共10d,仪器设置参数为模式1,频率为131%～136%,强度为70%～90%。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为71.4%,二者差异显著(χ2=4.860,P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分治疗组明显减少,治疗前后比较及与对照比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论加用脑循环功能治疗仪进行电刺激小脑顶核比单用药物好,提示电刺激小脑顶核对脑缺血梗塞具有明显保护作用,能促进脑梗塞的恢复,是治疗缺血性脑血管病的一条新途径。

Observation of curative effect on acute cerebral infarction by electrical stimulation to cerebellar fastigial nucleus

Objective To observe curative effect on acute cerebral infarction by electrical stimulating cerebellar fastigial nucleus.Method s The patients were treated with routine drugs plus electrical stimu-lating cerebellar fastigial nucleus,the electrodes were placed on the bilateral mastoid,passing pulse electric current for forty minutes on each occasion b.i.d,for a10-day-course treatment.The appliance parameter was set at model l,with frequence131%～136%and intensity70%～90%.Results The total curative effective rate was91.7%in the therapeutic group and71.4%in the control group(χ 2 =4.860,P<0.05).The nervous function defect score was manifestly decreased.There was a significant difference be-tween the therapeutic group and control group,P<0.01.Conclu sion For the treatment of acute cerebral infarction drugs plus electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus is better than simple drugs.The electrical stimulation of cerebellar fastigial nucleus is a new way of treating acute cerebral infarction,and can help promoting the rehabilitation.
