超声对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断价值

为探讨超声对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断价值 ,对 76例经手术病理证实为卵巢畸胎瘤 (包括成熟和未成熟型 )的声像图进行分析。结果 76例畸胎瘤中 ,超声诊断 6 9例 ,符合率 90 .8%。其中单侧 6 5例 ,双侧 11例 ,共 87枚。声像图表现为三种类型 :囊性型 ( 3例 3枚 ) ,假实性 ( 10例 13枚 ) ,混合性 ( 6 3例 71枚 ) ,以混合性多见。认为超声是卵巢畸胎瘤的首选检查方法 ,特别是良性畸胎瘤的声像图具有特征性 ,而未成熟畸胎瘤的声像图无一定特征性 ,确诊有赖于手术及病理

Ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of teratoma of ovary

In order to investigate the ultrasound in the diagnosis of teratoma of ovary, the images of sound from 76 patients with teratoma of ovary (type maturity and unmaturity) which were proved by surgical pathology were analysed. Among 76 cases with teratoma, 69 cases were diagnosed with ultrasound, the coincidence rate was 90.8%. 65 cases of them had unilateral side of teratoma, 11 had bilateral side, altogether 87 grains. The expression of the images of sound had three types: the cystic type (three cases, three grains), the pseudosolid type (ten cases, thirteen grains), the mixed type (sixty-three cases, seventy-one grains), the most common one was the mixed type. This study suggested that the first choice of method to examine the teratoma of ovary was the ultrasound, and the images of sound of benign teratoma had specialties. The imagess of sound of unmature teratoma had uncertain specialty, so the correct diagnosis relied on surgery and pathology.
