| 摘 要： | 采取三抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法，对５２例头颈部肿瘤患者的血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ进行测定，实验结果患者组ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ均值为３２９．１Ｕ／ｍｌ，较对照组５４例均值１２６．４Ｕ／ｍｌ明显增高，Ｐ值小于０．０１，有极显著差异。

| Abstract: | The serum soluble interleukine - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R)concentrations were measured with triple antibody ELISA method in 54 healthiers and 52 patients with head and neck cancer. The levels of serum sILZR inpatients (329. 1U/ml) were remarkably higher than those in healthiers (126. 4U/ml). There were extremely significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01 ). |
