| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对复方甘草酸苷注射液细菌内毒素的检查。方法:选择一定灵敏度的鲎试剂考察复方甘草酸苷注射液对细菌内毒素的干扰作用。结果:复方甘草酸苷注射液对细菌内毒素反应有干扰,将其稀释成1:12的浓度可消除其干扰作用。结论:在1:12的稀释度下,可用灵敏度为0.25 EU·mL的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查,从而控制细菌内毒素的限量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the bacterial endotoxin test of Compound Glycyrrhzin Injection. Methods: The interference actions of the different dilutabilities of injection at the greatest effectivme diluent range were observe with some sensitivity of TAL. Results: When the limulus lysate's sensitivity( A ) was 0.25 EU · mL ,the maximum valid dilution was 1:12, the interference between the sample and the relative TAL was eliminable. Conclusion: The bacterial endotoxin test can be carried out with 0.25 EU · mL sensitivity of TAL when the dilutability of sample 1:12,the limit dose of bacterial endotoxin is controlled thereby. |
