| 摘 要： | 目的建立归芍六君丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-0.1％磷酸水溶液（15：85）为流动相，检测波长230nm。流速1．0mL／min。结果芍药苷进样量在30．51～305．12ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=1．0000（n=7）。平均加样回收率为100．1％，RSD=0．1％（n=6）。结论该方法专属性强，灵敏度高，重现性好，操作简便，适合于归芍六君丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paecniflorin in Guishaoliujun Pill. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Sunfire C18 column（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm）with acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid（15 ： 85）as the mobile phase, the detective wavelength was at 230 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Paeoniflorin at the concentrations of 30.51-305.12 ng showed good linearity（ r = 1. 000 0）, the average recovery rate was 100. 1%, RSD was 0. 1% （ n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Guishaoliujun Pill. |
