| 摘 要： | 目的 了解贵州省心脑血管病社区防治示范点黔灵镇人群高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率。方法 于2001年4月在贵州省心脑血管病社区防治示范点黔灵镇对15岁以上人群6372人进行普查并随机抽样2400人进行问卷调查。高血压诊断按《中国高血压防治指南》标准。结果 检出高血压14N人，患病率达23．42％，患病人群中，知晓率仅17．1％，治疗率13．0％，控制率4．6％。结论 社区人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率很低，应引起重视并采取得力的社区防治对策。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the hypertension Awareness, treatment and control rates in Guiyang demonstration township of prevention and treatment of brain-cardiovascular disease. Methods In the township hypertension of 6 372 cases above 15 years was generally studied and relative knowledge was observed in 2 400 randomly selected peoples, in April, 2001. Results In the community, the morbidity was 23.42%. Among the patients with hypertension, awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate were 17.1%, 13.0%, 4.6% respectively. Conclusion Prevention and treatment of hypertension in the township is very important. |
