关于PD2、PA2、PD2＇计算方法的探讨

目的：叙述近年来关于PD2、PA2、PD2’各自含义、计算方法，以阐明其研究意义。方法：通过对药理实验方法学中有关内容的阐述，以及对近10年来相关文章的对比分析和总结，得到一些对今后的药物研究有帮助的参考性知识。结论：PD2、PA2、PD2’的测定基本上是首先通过某一药物的动物或计算机虚拟实验，然后用图解法、计算方法（包括软件计算）或者二者联用的方法三种思路求得各自具体数值。

Investigation of Calculating Method about PD2, PA2 and PD2'

Objective： The paper described the significance and calculate method of PD2、PA2、PD2＇ in order to illuminate it＇s research purpose. Methods Through explaining some related content on pharmacology empirical method and comparing related papers in recent ten years, we obtained a certain reference knowledge which is implemental to research new drug in future. Conclusion The first step to determine PD2、PA2 and PD2’ of some certain drug is to do experiments by animal or a fictitious computer, then, graphical method, calculated method which including software calculation, and joining up of them the three ideas are used to gain concrete numerus.
